The Schedule:

Dear Reader,

 My thoughts on my Healthy lifestyle are as follows, I have One Year to completely change my body to a Healthier, Stronger, Happier and more Thankful Being inside and out! And I hope you will enjoy my journey!

Much Ado About Food

Breakfast: Fruit and Protein! Bananas, Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, Almonds, Figs, Apples, Any sort of Fruit is always wonderful in the morning! Bright and Sweet is my favorite way to start the day.

Snack: Water with Fruit or Protein (I am always craving sweet foods for snacks)

Dinner: Veggies Veggies Veggies! I adore Vegetables! in any form! as long as it's not fried or breaded you shall have a lovely refreshing dinner not filled with guilt or regret! And remember if they are Veggies you don't have to be so portion conscious.

Desserts:  Not very often, but if a special occasion comes round, or a Holiday I shall enjoy!

Sweet: One square of Dove Dark chocolate every night before bed, just because it cures the blues.

Things to remember:

No Starches after Three

Eat only that which helps or improves your body

If you eat light and bright your body will be working right!
