Maple Syrup Cookies


Two Sticks of Unsalted Butter

1 Cup of Sugar

1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup Grade B

One Egg Yolk,  and save the white for something else

3 Cups of All purpose flour, Sifted

1/2 Tsp of Salt


Cream Sugar and Butter together in Medium mixing bowl. Add Maple Syrup. Add Egg Yolk and beat once more. Sift Flour right into the bowl. Add Salt. Now divide the dough into two rounds. press down into a disc. And wrap in plastic rap and let chill for at least two hours. After the chilling is done. Unwrap the Cookie Dough, Flour your counter top Not too much. Roll out Cookie Dough to an 8th of an inch thick
Than you can cut the cookie dough into Maple Leaves, Sassafras leaves, Magnolia leaves, Any kind of Autumn Leaves. Preheat the oven to 250 Degrees, and bake fore 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool, add Glaze and Enjoy!

Maple Glaze Recipe


2 Cups of sifted Confectioners sugar

1/2 Of Grade B Maple Syrup

Combined and stir well! until creamy set aside until cookies are done.

Pumpkin Pancakes


2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/3 Cup Stevia in the Raw
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 1/4 Cup Organic Buttermilk
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Large Eggs Lightly Beaten
2 Tbsp of Butter (Melted, Melt in the Skillet you are going to use)
Butter ( To serve, and for pan)

Preparation Instructions 

 Mix Pumpkin Puree, Stevia, Sea Salt,  Pumpkin Pie Spice. Organic Butter Milk, And Eggs Together. 
Than add the Whole Wheat Flour, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda. Mix well. Heat a Medium size Skillet and spoon batter in. Flip when bubbles appear on top of the cake, Or when it is browned evenly. Enjoy with Cream Cheese Frosting, Butter, Cinnamon, Berries or Syrup! Have a Delicious Day!

Harvest Moon Cake

Yield: 9 to 12 Servings


1 Cup of Stevia In The Raw
1/2 Cup of Natural Applesauce 
2 Large Brown Eggs
1 Cup of Fresh Pumpkin Puree
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
1 3/4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder 
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon 
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger 
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg
Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Optional) 

Preparation Instructions  

 Beat Stevia, Applesauce and Eggs in large mixing Bowl until Creamy. 
Mix in Pumpkin and salt. Then add the dry Ingredients in small amounts until mixed magnificently!
Add Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips if Desired.

Now Grease A baking pan and fill with the batter!
Bake 40-45 Min or until Toothpick in center comes out clean.
Let Cool Ten Minutes before removing from Pan
After That take the cake out and let cool all the way through before Frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

2 (8 Ounce) packages of Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 Cup of Butter Softened
2 Cups of Sifted Confectioners' Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

In a Medium Mixing Bowl, Cream together the Cream Cheese and Butter Until Creamy, Mix in the Vanilla , Then Gradually stir in the Confectioners' Sugar.
Store in the Refrigerator after use.
